  1. Home equity lines of credit can only be used on a primary residence. Property insurance is required for all home equity lines of credit. For a home equity line of credit exceeding $50,000, you will be responsible for closing costs.
  2. No closing costs are required if the line remains open for over 36 months from the day of funding. In the event the line of credit is closed within 36 months, you will be required to pay any closing costs at that time.
