- This program is a specially designed program for single unit primary residence high-balance conforming loans ($417,001 - $625,500 or the maximum allowable) that are located in areas that are subject to high-cost area loan limits set annually by the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA). This program is available for LTVs/CLTVs up to 90% for purchase and rate/term refinances. The maximum LTV for cash-out refinance is 60%.
- Jumbo rates apply for all fixed rate and adjustable rate loans over 417,000 USD for 1-4 unit properties that are not eligible for the Jumbo-Conforming program. Rate displayed is for single unit primary residence property with a loan amount of 417,001 USD – 625,500 USD. Higher rates will apply for loans greater than $625,500. Jumbo rates for 2-4 unit properties are higher.

Loans must close no later than 15 October 2014 to receive the promotional rate. Secondary homes, investment properties, refinances of UNFCU mortgages and loan applications received prior to 8 April 2014 are not eligible for this promotional rate offer and the interest rates are .25% higher.
