Mr. Wai-Sing (Eddie) Lee (former Board member) – ex officio non-voting member will act in an advisory capacity to the Nominating Committee on procedural questions relating to the election process.

Members who are interested in running for the election to the Board of Directors may contact one of the above Nominating Committee members.

To be considered for nomination, a member must submit a completed Declaration of Willingness to Serve form, the UNFCU Board of Directors Biographical Request form and his/her resume/CV to the Nominating Committee via email at nominatingcommittee@unfcu.com by 27 January 2010. The UNFCU Bylaws also provide for candidates to be added to the ballot by petition. The petition must be signed by a minimum of 500 members. To obtain additional information, and a petition form, requests should be sent to petitioncandidates@unfcu.com.
